La Fontaine (sleeps 6)

La Fontaine is a converted 18th century stone barn a short walk down the hill from the Château, with magnificent views of the Célé valley. The whole ground floor is an open-plan living area with a fireplace, television, sitting and dining areas and fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a separate hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fridge-freezer. There is a six-person dining table.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one twin room, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys breathtaking views over the Célé valley. Outside, there is a terrace with an outdoor table with a parasol and seating for six. The very large garden boasts a natural spring and preserved 18th century wash-house from which La Fontaine takes its name. An excellent public swimming pool is available at the Bar de l’Eté, 1 km away on the road to Faycelles, and a water-park with a wave-pool and a lake is available in Figeac, just 10 minutes away.
